Hands of Gratitude programs provide a one-of-a-kind team-building experience that uses the power of empathy to inspire, connect, and motivate participants. Every program is led by an expert facilitator and customized to fit the unique goals, culture, and dynamics of your organization.
Participants are introduced to the challenges faced by individuals with limb differences around the world and learn about the life-changing impact prosthetics can have. Teams are then formed, with each group assigned a specific recipient whose prosthetic hand they will build together.
As participants work through the intricate assembly process, they strengthen communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while exploring the important roles gratitude, kindness, and purpose play in achieving success.
