Hands of Gratitude programs offer a unique team building experience that harnesses the power of empathy to motivate and bond participants. Each program is led by an expert facilitator and customized to meet the dynamics and goals of your organization.
Participants will be introduced to the crises facing those with limb differences around the world, and the profound impact prosthetics have in their lives. Smaller groups are assembled to and each is assigned a recipient for the prosthetic they are about to build!
As teams collaborate to complete the complex process of building the prosthetics, we will reinforce the role of kindness and gratitude in achieving goals and pursuing excellence.
Hundreds of corporate groups have joined the Hands of Gratitude movement over the last 15 years. Several, like Google, have hosted us for programs many times with different teams throughout their organization. We can do your program just about anywhere!
